OUR PLAN – A RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Simply developing faithful church members is not enough. We need to raise missional leaders to fulfill our goal of 1%. Our residency program will help us move these leaders forward to reach more people. This paid residency program is designed to discover, develop, and deploy ministry leaders to plant churches, replant churches, and grow ministry leaders in the context of the local church.

VISION AND MISSION

Living Hope Church residency program exists to discover, develop, and deploy ministry leaders in the Northwest and beyond through the local church.

LENGTH OF RESIDENCY

The program is a paid position that includes housing. Lasting up to 2 years, the program will focus on placement and development goals of each resident.

GOAL OF RESIDENCY

This residency aims to help future leaders clarify and grow as leaders in the local church context. This is accomplished by giving them clear opportunities to lead with practical training alongside mature leaders, who model and help develop their character and leadership competencies to fulfill their calling.
